spring decor roundup

As I was determining what to do with my mantel for spring (you can check it out here), I searched high and low for some inspiration. I didn’t want it to be too pastel-ish, nor did I want it to be something that was only good through Easter. I need ideas that will last through the beginning of summer when I plan to switch it all out again for those months. As I was perusing the pinternet, I came across several ideas that will inspire you and help get you into the groove of springing up your own mantel. Don’t have a mantel? Keep reading! There are plenty of other decor ideas you can use on a table, credenza, or shelf as well!

First, and probably the most inspirational for my spring mantel, is from The Lettered Cottage. It’s gorgeous, and they really took a drab mantel and made it fab on this one.

As you can tell, I’m loving the wood and crisp white look. This awesome diy driftwood candle holder from Restoration House is awesome!

Tulips are among my favorite flowers, and when partnered with a little yellow and robin egg blue who could resist. Loving this mantel from My Blessed Life!

And here’s another option with wood and crisp white from AKA Design + Life (are you sensing a theme here?!). I love the wreath and the candle holders with mini nests. So cute!

On a vintage note, this mantel from Living The Swell Life is so clever. It’s such a simple and awesome idea to use those bird postcards as garland.

This mantel from The Lily Pad Cottage has the cutest bunny rabbit. It reminds me of vintage Peter Cotton Tale.

And last, but not least, my very own spring mantel. See how I put it all together here!
