- 1 16 oz. mason jar (a narrow jar is best)
- Immersion blender
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 T water
- 1 tsp salt
- Separate yolk from whites. Save yolk.
- Place yolk in mason jar with apple cider vinegar, water, salt and olive oil.
- Use immersion blender to blend until smooth and stiff. Don’t over-blend or it will become too liquidy.
